Collective Members

The Transmodern Age Collective is organized and curated by the Transmodern Collective, currently a group of six artists and cultural workers who volunteer their time and energy to presenting outstanding creative work to Baltimore City.

The Collective members have been very active participants in Baltimore’s creative community for several years both as organizers and artists. CHELA art space and collective, High Zero Foundation, Charm City Kitty Club, IE Poetry Reading series, The Red Room Collective, and Thimble are just some of the projects we’ve been involved in. We will be 501c(3) non-profit by Summer of 2006.

Bonnie's working with text, sound, and performance which all happened after she was born in Seoul, South Korea and adopted by dairy farmers in Lumberton, New Jersey.

The text and performance usually overlap and lead to collaborations such as the Performance Thanatology Research Society with Ric Royer and Jackie Milad and others. PTRS is a group of scholars dedicated to the advancement of a higher histrionics brought on by imminent finalities.

The text also results in collaborations with Rupert Wondolowski, Megan McShea, Blaster Al Ackerman and John Eaton at the "Megan McShea Literary Workshop 2000".

The sound is created with opened digital delay pedals and culminates in collaborations with Andy Hayleck in Baltimore, Joe Foster in Korea, and sometimes Bryan Eubanks and Andrew Lafkas in NYC.
