This years festival celebrates all things Cake! Including the many traditions of Cakes and the CAKEWALK – unpacking it’s origins in the US south as a response to oppression. The Festival features dance, theater, performance, music, animation, Political Pageantry, a Yippie inspired Baltimore City Hall Levitation and other election year Hoo-Ha!
