Selina Doroshenko (b. Montreal, Quebec) is presently a MFA student at Maryland Institute College of Art in the Multidisciplinary arts program, Mount Royal. Her work is inspired by simultaneity, interrelated states, all of consciousness arising to the surface. Selina is fascinated by exformation (explicitly discarded information), paradigm shifts and recalling the ‘holistic’ and moral values embedded in advertising and media. Selina works across discplines i.e. drawing, painting, sculpture, performance, video.
